About
What ELARID is, and who builds it.
A due-diligence workspace for solar, wind and battery projects in Romania, and the company behind it.
The product
What ELARID does
ELARID reads the documents of a solar, wind or battery project in Romania: the grid-connection permit (ATR) and the rest of the project file, tables and scanned pages included. Each figure it finds is kept with the page and the sentence it came from.
The project page then answers four questions: what we know, what we don’t know, what could affect the deal and what to request next. If two documents give different values for the same thing, both stay on screen with their sources.
Some figures can be read two ways. ELARID shows both readings and waits for a person to choose, and the choice is recorded with that person’s name. It is built for funds, advisers and developers who have to read every page before anyone signs.

The principle
Evidence before conclusions.
A figure is shown with the page and the sentence it was read from. If the document leaves it ambiguous, it waits for a person to confirm it. If a value is missing, the page says so and does not fill it with an assumption.
Regulatory conclusions are versioned, evidence-linked and designed to surface unresolved legal applicability rather than guess.
